When you think of Nordstrom what do you think of? I know I think of great deals and great service. But did you know that the retailer also offers a great designer collection? Indeed, I turn to Nordstrom not only for great, everyday basics, but splurge-worthy investment pieces like a beautiful pair of Christian Louboutin black pumps, for instance.

You can find legendary designers like Burberry, Chloe, Christian Louboutin, Emilio Pucci, Fendi, Missoni, and Valentino, to name a few.  Plus, you can shop some of the emerging and rising start designers I like such as Ellery, Golden Goose Deluxe Brand, Malone Souliers, Mary Katrantzou, Rag & Bone, Simone Rocha, and many more.

Missoni Check Knit Midi Dress

As a color and pattern lover, I am a huge fan of iconic Italian design house Missoni. Each season, I peruse the Missoni offerings to look for any stand-out pieces that will fit well in my wardrobe.

Well, this season this dress stood out to me. Have you ever had that experience where something just speaks to you? That’s how this dress was for me. Just seeing the color and pattern made my heart flutter. Therefore, I decided to splurge and add this to my closet. I can’t wait to wear it all season long. I’ve already worn it once, and I plan to wear it to a luncheon on Tuesday. I have a feeling it will be a go-to piece for me this season.
