4 Ways to Wear a Pink Sweater : with Navy Pants

Pink Sweater with Navy Pants

Admittedly, when Carrie told me she was going to style this in an office appropriate way, I was slightly skeptical. Pink ruffles at the office?! Well, I believe she pulled it off (which is actually no surprise at all)! 

Truly, this is a perfect look to wear to work. It’s a great way to wear a fun splash of pink in a sophisticated, more “buttoned up” way. Just add a neutral, dark colored pant, like the tailored style Carrie is wearing here and a closed toe, lower heel pair of pumps, making it office appropriate.

As well, even if you’re going to work, you can still rock your statement necklace, like this gorgeous Mignonne Gavigan one. And while it might be a work-friendly outfit, it goes just as well for drinks afterwards! 

Style tip from Carrie : 

A great way to make a piece work appropriate is by pairing it with something a bit more tailored and classic. Don’t shy away from color at work; just add a neutral colored piece alongside!
