Meet the Team : Ashley
Hi guys! Hope you’re having a great week. It’s time to introduce you to another team member, and today it’s all about Ashley Cardoza, our incredible graphic designer. Ashley has been with Wear + Where + Well since the very beginning, and she’s so incredibly talented. She has such an eye for design and is always coming up with beautiful ideas. Keep on reading to get to know Ashley!
Tell everyone a bit about what you do at Wear + Where + Well.
I am the designer here at WWW. I handle all headers, collages, and anything that we can think of that needs a designer’s skills. Also, I help with ideas and features, plus I just wrote my first article the other day all about yurt travel.

Favorite place you’ve ever traveled and why?
Hands down, Banff National Park is one of those bucket list places that we visited last fall. Its breathtaking views, snow-capped mountains, glacier aqua lakes, and forest hikes just make Banff a must-visit place.
Favorite color?
While Wear + Where + Well is very colorful, my favorite color is gray. I just love its versatility and soothing qualities. But, I also have an affinity for aqua shades and muted blues.
Favorite quote?
“Comparison is the thief of joy” – Theodore Roosevelt
I remind myself of this every time I’m on Instagram or just living life. This is what helps me stay content in a world where I always feel like I’m not doing enough.
What’s in your purse right now?
Since I’m a momma of 2 toddler girls: diapers, wipes, goldfish crumbs, empty apple sauce pouch, a lipstick, water bottles, hand sanitizer spray, and hair bows.
All time holy grail beauty product?
I seriously have such a minimal beauty routine. But the one thing I could not live without is bronzer. Don’t hate me, but I only wear bronzer and mascara. If I’m feeling fancy I might put a little eye shadow on. But this girl hasn’t worn a full face of makeup since my wedding almost 5 years ago!
Favorite item of clothing (or shoes or bag) and why?
Currently, My favorite items of clothing are my LuLaRoe Irma tops! This pregnant lady loves how soft and forgiving they are. I know as soon as Houston summer is upon us, I’ll be in shorts and a tank top nearly every day.
Fun fact about you that not many people know?
A fun fact about me is I love black licorice, black jelly beans, and all things spicy.
Favorite hobby (or past time) when not working?
A favorite past time is running! Back before kids, I used to run and be super into it (think heart rate monitor, mileage charts, and intentionally going to the track).
Funny story, one of the first few times Carrie and I hung out, it was for a run together along the Woodlands Waterway!
Favorite food?
I love Indian food! We currently frequent Himalaya in Houston (which was featured on Anthony Bourdain’s visit to Houston). I normally order their green curry!
Favorite TV show or movie?
Right now, I’m currently obsessed with This Is Us! But, I always fall back on my favorite classic of ‘Gilmore Girls.’
What’s always in your bag, no matter what?
Real life: diapers and a notebook.
Beach or mountains?
Mountains
Morning or night?
Morning
Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall?
Fall. But only if it’s New England or Colorado fall and there is a changing of colors. Otherwise, Houston winters are a favorite.
Carrie, Samantha, Miranda, or Charlotte?
Surprisingly, I never was into SATC. But, if I had to choose a character I enjoyed the most, it would be Charlotte.
Book or Kindle/iPad?
It’s a toss-up! I love to study from a book so I can underline and highlight, but I love a Kindle for the accessibility to so many books in an instant.
