Aveeno Daily Challenge

As you may have seen on Instagram a few weeks ago, I recently embarked on the three-week Aveeno Daily Challenge (#AveenoDailyChallenge). The challenge entailed using both the Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Wash + the Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion in tandem every day.

When Aveeno approached me about partnering, I was all too happy to participate in the challenge. After traveling almost non-stop for the first three months of the year, my skin was definitely showing the effects. When I travel, I try to travel pretty lightly (one carry-on only) for convenience sake. The downside of that is that I’m not always able to take all of my beauty and skincare products. So, I had been off my regular skincare routine.

Plus, as you may know, airplane travel can be quite damaging to skin, causing it to break out and dry out. The recirculated moisture-free air on the plane will draw moisture from wherever it can – including your skin. The Challenge Results

So, over the past three weeks, I’ve been using both Aveeno products every day. First, I use the daily moisturizing body wash in the shower. Then, right after I shower, while the pores are still nice and open from the warm water, I apply the moisturizing lotion to lock in the hydration.

The results have been noticeable. No longer does my skin look dehydrated and appear flaky in areas. It now feels silky smooth and looks better too!
