Take a Peek at This Fall Trend That We’re Already Loving

Is it crazy that we’re already thinking about fall? Maybe! But we can’t help it. It’s not that we don’t enjoy summer (because we do! so much!), but there’s something about the freshness of fall that really gets us excited. It might not be the official start of the year, but it sure feels like a new beginning. With kids back in school and work picking back up and then the holidays close behind, it’s an exciting time of year. And the fashion! Is there anything better than fall fashion? From the added layers to the beautiful boots and cozy sweaters, we simply love it all.

While it might not feel even remotely like fall is coming, at least here in Houston, we’re already starting to think and talk about fall clothing! We’re certainly not putting away our strappy sandals and lightweight pieces, but this is the time where the more transitional items in our wardrobes are making their way to the front; starting with the beloved camo print.

Camo Print

The camo print has been a pretty hot one for a few seasons now (specifically in the cooler months), and the good news is it’s not going anywhere anytime too soon. The utilitarian look is always fair game, and camo pieces add such a fun touch to an outfit. In fact, you might remember seeing Carrie’s camo anorak from earlier this year. It’s such a gorgeous, stand out piece! Well, guys, camo is still here and better than ever.

As you can see, Carrie is already embracing camo this summer. And I love how she paired a lightweight sweater with a white midi skirt (which you might remember seeing here), which keeps it feeling the perfect amount of summery. And I adore her pink bow mules, which add a bold feminine touch. Topped off with colorful accessories, it’s the perfect look.

The good news is that there are tons of camo pieces out in the stores right now. From t shirts to sweaters to shorts, pants, and beyond, you’ll find them at all price points. Below are some of our current favorites.
