Happy Friday to all! In honor of the birth of the royal baby Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, today’s Friday Favorite Finds salutes some of my favorite British fashion designers.
British fashion is totally having its well-deserved moment in the sun. Of course the legendary, iconic British fashion houses like Burberry and Alexander McQueen are still going strong. But there is a new guard emerging – a daring, bold group reshaping the British fashion landscape. And I am completely smitten with these designers! Names like Mary Katrantzou, Peter Pilotto, and Roksanda are at the top of my list. Plus, Preen by Thornton Bregazzi and House of Holland have won me over as well.
So, enjoy browsing these British brands. And don’t worry – I included some great high street (read: very reasonably priced, many under $100) pieces from popular British brand TopShop.

I am off to London on Sunday via Vancouver so this is timely! I have packed the Gap denim shirt dress that you had featured awhile back, the MaxAzria lace top, a couple of spring sweaters and my Lucky Brand skinnies.
I am thinking of bringing a pair of shorts. I want to step it up a bit however with shorts – the only pair I would consider wearing are a denim pair of Lucky brand from last season. Not sure if you have any suggestions to dress it up…
I love the fun colours in the House of Holland and the camera sweater. Right up my alley 🙂
