Peaches and Cream Cupcakes

Hi there! I, Holly, am excited to celebrate National Peach Month this month and indulge in as many peaches as I can while they’re still in season! Truly, I kid you not; every year I look forward to this, and every trip to the grocery store lately involves picking up more peaches.

To celebrate National Peach Month, I made a batch of delicious peaches and cream cupcakes with a fluffy vanilla cupcake base. These vanilla cupcakes have a cream filling, smooth peachy vanilla frosting and homemade peach pie-like topping. And let’s be honest – the peach topping is the best part, and it’s equally as delicious as the cupcake filling!

Inspired by peach pie, you get peach flavor in every bite of these cupcakes. And they’ll be perfect for a summer celebration this month, or just because!
