This Color Will Continue to Be Hot Throughout the Fall Season
Written by Julie Weinstein
Happy Monday! We hope you all had a great weekend, and we hope those of you down in Florida are safe and dry. Indeed, we are sending lots of love from Houston!
While summer might be winding down, and fall is starting to show its pretty face, this is the time to check your closet for pieces that will work both now and later.
And that’s the case with this pink dress.
Did you know that the color pink is still all the rage, and will continue to be a hot color throughout the fall season?
Yes, it’s true!
Pink for Fall
Believe it or not, you can (and should!) wear your pretty pink pieces even into the cooler months. We know this color is typically thought of in spring or summer, but it’s actually perfect this time of year.
Blush, what they’re calling “millennial pink,” is a shade, in particular, we’re very fond of. As we’ve mentioned before, it can really act as a neutral even though, yes, it is technically considered part of the pink family.
So, guys, continue to wear your pink, no matter how cold it might get!

Ann Taylor “Flower Power” Pink and Black Dress
And now, the great news! The Ann Taylor dress you see Carrie wearing in these photos is 40% off if you use the code FRIENDS40. What a deal for such a great quality piece! Carrie paired the dress with simple black pumps, a classic black bag, and a couple fun pink accessories. And if it’s already chilly where you are, pair it with booties, tights, and a cropped leather jacket. Carrie will definitely be styling it that way once it cools off here!
Truly, it’s a great transitional piece. And such a bargain! So snap it up now.
