We’re Gearing Up for Halloween with This Colorful Candy Bark

Written by Bella Bucchiotti

I can’t believe it is October already. This year is flying by. It is going to be Halloween before we know it and today’s recipe is perfect for Halloween giving, parties, or really anytime because everyone loves chocolate and gummy candies! At least I know all of us do!

This no bake recipe is super easy and quick to make. It is a great way to use candy that you have at home (I can’t be the only one with a stash!) or the perfect reason to visit the candy store. Though, do you ever really need a reason to visit the candy store?

I chose colorful candies for this bark because we all know how much Carrie loves rainbows and color! You can tailor the candy to match a party theme very easily. Indeed, any candy will work! You can even add some food coloring to the chocolate to change it up. I love recipes that are versatile and easy to customize like this one.

Candy Rainbow Bark

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a medium microwave safe bowl mix chocolate chips and oil together.

Heat in microwave for 1minute stirring after each 10 seconds until melted.

Pour out onto the parchment paper and spread evenly.

Immediately sprinkle gummy candies on top and gently press into the chocolate. Add sprinkles.

Let it set at room temperature for 30 minutes before cutting with a knife or breaking into pieces.
