You may have recently noticed me carrying a beautiful new straw tote. The tote has made it into many of my summer looks, as seen here, here, here, and here. Fortunately, the designer of this beautiful tote happens to be a dear friend of mine with loads of talent and a great eye for style. Allow me to introduce you to her and her straw totes…

Meet Natasha Oliver of Olive Design

Born and raised in Australia, Natasha Oliver now calls Houston home. Natasha is a wife and mother to three adorable young daughters. Natasha recently added one more title to her name: entrepreneur.

A former model, Natasha worked in the fashion industry around the world in Australia, NYC, and Israel. Natasha’s quest to find a unique straw tote that wasn’t mass produced and was under $350 seemed almost impossible – until she realized the perfect bag was in her own hands. So, she launched Olive Design at the dawn of 2016.

Her expansive, global life experiences have heavily influenced Olive Design straw totes. The bold, fluid, eye-catching pieces are created as unique one-of-a-kind pieces or as small batch production numbers. Each straw tote can be customized to the customer’s personal style and preferences. The color and texture combinations can be as unique as the individual. Olive Design uses only premium fabrics and embellishments.
