So Much Love for This Pink Dress

As we mentioned the other day, pink is very much a great color to wear in the fall and winter (in fact, we encourage it!). While it’s typically thought of as a spring and summer color, there are no rules in fashion, and pink this time of year is actually quite refreshing. 

It works especially well when the piece of clothing in question has long sleeves because it makes it that much easier to transition into the cooler months. 

And that is certainly the case with this beauty of a dress.

This beautiful Rebecca Minkoff dress is romantic and flirty, while still being sophisticated. The details are simple, but enough to make it more than just an ordinary dress. There’s a tied neck, sheer sleeves, and a pleated drop waist, making it classically cool. This dress can just as easily be worn to work as it can be worn out and about. Carrie paired it with fun kitten heels and a bold bag, but you can easily add tights and a coat, and you’ve got yourself a fall look.

When all else fails, go with a dress! Really, there’s nothing easier. Keep comfortable, easy-to-wear dresses on hand for an automatic outfit in a pinch.
