Well, the sale of the year is here! It’s time for the Nordstrom Anniversary sale.

In being totally transparent with you, we debated long and hard about whether or not to post about the sale. We have this internal struggle every year in fact.

There are two related reasons for that. First, we know it’s everywhere right now. We know you’re seeing it on everyone’s website, and you might be a bit sick of it! We hear you. We totally hear you. Second, along those lines, we pride ourselves on being different. I never want you to come here and see the same drivel you see elsewhere. We take great delight in offering you different, more in-depth content than you can find elsewhere.

However, in thinking about it and chatting with the team, we decided to go ahead and share some of our favorite picks from the sale. Because it really is a great sale – and many of you have asked what I like from the sale. New items that are just hitting the racks are on major sale. And what’s not to like about that, right?
