Athleisure is Everything
But really, it is!
If you’re going to splurge on one thing this month, let it be workout wear.
After all, what’s better than stylish and comfortable clothing?! Nothing. Literally nothing.
To be able to wear something to the gym and then to brunch afterwards makes things oh so easy! Whether that means swapping out your yoga pants for a pleated midi or simply changing your athletic sneakers to fashion kicks, wearing athleisure clothing truly takes you from gym to happy hour in no time flat.
It’s one of our personal favorite things to wear, in fact.
Why to Wear Athleisure This Month
1. Comfort
Plain and simple, it’s comfortable. When you get home from work, I’m going to guess the first thing you do is change into something comfortable. I certainly do. And those items often are your athleisure-wear. Reason being it’s comfortable. And comfort reigns supreme as far as we are concerned!
2. Helps with your wellness resolutions
Did you make a resolution or intention or goal for yourself to get to the gym more or to just be more active, in general? Well, wearing athleisure attire will help that. It strips away one hindrance to keeping your healthy new year’s intentions. If you’re dressed for the gym (or close to it) you’re more likely to go.
3. Efficiency
So, not only is athleisure clothing helpful in getting your butt to the gym, but it’s also extremely efficient if it can transition outside the gym. It makes everything easier if you can wear that workout attire from the gym to brunch or vice versa.
Embrace the Energy of Color
Since we believe in the power of color, we embrace that in the gym too. Psychologically, color affects our energy.
Ergo, if you’re doing an energetic, high-tempo workout, try a bold, colorful workout outfit. On the other hand, if you’re trying meditation, maybe stick to soft calming hues for your outfit.
As we know, color can really have a big impact on your day and life, so embrace it accordingly in your activewear.
So many cute pieces! You look amazing, lady!
You are too sweet! Thanks friend.
