Welcome to another edition of In the Kitchen with Bella. I’m thrilled to share today’s easy fall recipes with you.

Autumn has arrived… Indeed, the days are getting shorter, the air is crisper, and the pumpkin spice lattes are on the coffee menu. Instead of opting for the same old smoothie in the morning, why not change it up a bit? It is the perfect time to spice up your smoothie routine and incorporate some scrumptious flavors of fall.

To help transition your smoothie game to fall flavors, we have three easy, fabulous fall smoothies for you to try!

Pumpkin Smoothie

Just like your favorite pumpkin spice latte, this pumpkin spice smoothie is one that will satisfy your sweet craving but also fill you up. This will put you in the fall mood to start the day. But it’s so good that you might want to make this smoothie year round!

Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe


In a blender combine pumpkin, banana, ice, pumpkin pie spice, honey and milk together. Then, blend until smooth. Finally, pour into a glass and top with cinnamon and chia seeds.

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1/2 Tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tsp. honey
  • 4 Tbsp. milk
  • Pinch cinnamon and chia seeds for garnish (optional)

Apple Caramel Smoothie

Now, if you are a caramel apple fan, you simply must try this apple caramel smoothie! The similarity in taste is undeniable. The fresh apple provides a nice tartness that is a welcome change from the sweet berries of summer. Your tastebuds will enjoy the change.

First, core the apple and cut it into pieces. Then, in a blender, combine the apple pieces, milk, juice, caramel syrup and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Finally, pour into a glass and top with caramel syrup and chia seeds.

Ginger Snap Smoothie

Do you love ginger snap cookies? Well, transform everything that you love about them from cookie form to smoothie form with this ginger snap smoothie. Your taste buds will thank you for making this one!

First, in a blender combine the milk, banana, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, molasses and ice. Next, blend until smooth. Finally, pour into a glass and top with crushed ginger snap cookies and cinnamon.

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/4 Tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 Tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tsp. ginger, ground
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Crushed ginger snap cookie and a pinch of cinnamon for garnish (optional)
